1. PURPOSE
These terms govern access to the Script Lab website, client workspaces and connected services for Second Life. Using the website or a service implies acceptance of these terms.
2. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Users provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. They remain responsible for actions performed through their account and must promptly report unauthorised access. Sharing a personal account is prohibited; team access must use the platform’s membership and permission features.
3. LICENCES AND SERVICES
Each licence defines the available services, features, limits and duration. Services included in an offer retain their own permissions. A suspended, expired or cancelled licence may interrupt web access and communication with Second Life objects.
4. PERMITTED USE
Bypassing access controls, disrupting infrastructure, extracting data in bulk without permission, impersonation, unlawful use and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Users remain responsible for configuring their land, objects, teams and messages.
5. SECOND LIFE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Script Lab partly depends on Second Life, networks and third-party services. Their availability, rules and changes are outside Script Lab’s control. Script Lab is not affiliated with Linden Research, Inc.
6. AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
The platform may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical improvements. Script Lab strives to preserve continuity and data integrity without guaranteeing permanent availability or complete absence of errors.
7. DATA AND CONTENT
Users remain responsible for information they enter or process. They must hold the necessary rights to collect, display or export data about their visitors, members, clients or tenants.
8. SUSPENSION
Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, non-payment, misuse, breach of these terms or a legal obligation.
9. LIABILITY
Configuration, networks and third-party services may affect operation. Liability is assessed according to the facts and applicable law. No provision removes statutory warranties, the trader’s liability for their own failures or mandatory consumer rights.
10. CHANGES AND CONTACT
These terms may evolve with the platform. Changes do not apply retroactively to earlier orders or remove acquired rights. Changes to an ongoing digital service comply with legal information duties and client rights. Questions can be submitted through Contact.
