Script Lab information

Privacy policy

1. DATA PROCESSED

Script Lab processes information needed for accounts and licences: display identity, email, Second Life UUID, roles, permissions, technical history and payment data. Support requests retain the subject, service, references, messages and dates, accessible to the requester and administration to handle the case. Depending on enabled services, public Second Life visitor information may also be recorded: UUID, name, language, account age, location and visit dates.

2. PURPOSES

These data authenticate users, deliver services, assign licences, route payments, secure connected objects, produce authorised statistics, provide support and prevent abuse.

3. DATA ACCESS

Workspace data are accessible only to people with the relevant role and permissions. Script Lab may access them when necessary for support, security or maintenance.

4. RETENTION

Data are retained for the time needed for service, security and transaction tracking. Backups and technical logs may follow a delayed deletion cycle.

5. EXPORTS

Visitor exports are restricted to authorised users. Anyone downloading a file becomes responsible for its retention, security and use.

6. SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Script Lab does not sell personal data. Necessary technical providers, including hosting and email services, may process data to provide the service. Second Life remains subject to Linden Lab’s rules.

7. SECURITY

Authentication, permissions, logging and workspace separation measures are used. Suspected incidents must be reported promptly.

8. RIGHTS AND CONTACT

Requests for access, rectification or deletion may be sent through Contact. Some information may be retained when necessary for security, transactions or an applicable obligation.
