Frequently asked questions

Which offers are available?

Estate OS includes the rental engine, Visitor Counter and System Bot. Other offers are independent with their dependencies included. Your service cards show the offer, status and expiry; team permissions also determine your access.

What does ItemsBox include?

Products, vendors, delivery servers and the optional web shop share one catalogue. An unpublished product remains deliverable if active and available on the server. The SKU stays stable even if the object name changes. Products can be free.

How does the cart work?

The cart records an intention. The terminal retrieves a quote containing the products and server-calculated amount. Only confirmed payment enables delivery. Do not pay twice to unblock delivery; contact support with the transaction reference.

How do updates work?

Managers can schedule redelivery of the latest object associated with a product to registered buyers. The version is informational. Copy, Modify and Transfer describe the delivered object and do not change its permissions in Second Life.

How do I open an after-sales request?

In Support and after-sales in your workspace, specify the service, issue and order, product or rental reference. Open the request to read replies and continue the conversation. You can request an IM alert to the avatar in your profile; its result is shown in the case. No automatic email is sent. Without a web account, use Contact.

What does the bot’s presence mean?

The badge shows its last known status. Clients choose notifications and permissions; Script Lab operates the shared bot. An old signal cannot show the bot as online.

How do I get started and invite my team?

Follow the service setup guide, then assign permissions to team members. Do not share your account or object tokens. Second Life UUIDs identify the relevant avatars.

Can I request withdrawal or a refund?

Payment in L$ does not remove statutory rights. Read the terms of sale and send your request to the published contact or support. Digital delivery does not automatically waive the right of withdrawal.

Is Script Lab affiliated with Linden Lab?

No. Script Lab is independent of Linden Research, Inc. Connected services also depend on Second Life rules and availability.
